Xgn2-12 box fixed type ac metal closed switch equipment is suitable for receiving and distributing electric energy in single bus,single bus with bypass and double bus system of 12KV and below three-phase 50HZ,especially for the occasions of frequent operation.It is mainly used in power plants,small and medium-sized generators,industrial and mining enterprises,and secondary substation of power system to receive electricity and send electricity.
The main switch of the switch cabinet adopts zn28a-12 series,zn12-12 series or vs1-12 series vacuum circuit breaker,equipped with CD17 series electromagnetic operating mechanism or CT17/CT19 series spring operating mechanism,and the isolation switch adopts gn30-12 rotary isolation switch and gn22-12 large current isolation switch series.
This product complies with GB3906"3~35kV ac metal closed switch equipment",GB/T11022"high voltage switch equipment and control equipment standard sharing technical requirements",IEC60298"rated voltage above 1KV 52KV and below ac metal closed switch equipment and control equipment",IEC60694"high voltage switch equipment and control equipment sharing terms"and other standard requirements.

2.Environmental humidity:daily average is no more than 95%and monthly average is no more than 90%;
3.Altitude:below 1000m;
4.Earthquake resistance;Earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;
5.The daily average steam pressure shall not exceed 2.2kpa,and the monthly average shall not exceed 1.8kpa;
6,the surrounding air should not contain corrosive or flammable gases,steam and other obvious pollution;
7.No serious pollution and frequent violent vibration;

The fixed type of xgn2-12 box is metal closed switch equipment.The cabinet body is welded by Angle steel.Inside the cabinet,there are circuit breaker rooms,bus rooms,cable rooms,relay rooms,etc.,and iron plates are used to separate the rooms.
The circuit breaker room is located at the lower part in front of the cabinet.The rotation of the circuit breaker is connected by the lever and the operating mechanism.The terminal of the circuit breaker is connected with the upper isolation switch,and the terminal of the circuit breaker is connected with the current transformer.
The bus compartment is on the upper part behind the cabinet.In order to reduce the height of the cabinet,the bus compartment is arranged in shape,supported by insulators with 7350N flexural strength.
The cable room is located at the rear of the lower part of the cabinet.Live display device can be installed on the support insulator in the cable room.The cable is fixed on the bracket.The relay room is in front of the upper part of the cabinet,indoor installation of various relays,indoor terminal row bracket,the door can be installed indicators,signal components and other secondary components,the top can also be arranged secondary small bus.
The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is installed on the left side of the front,and above it is the operation and interlocking mechanism of the disconnecting switch.Switch cabinet is double-sided maintenance,front maintenance of secondary components of relay,maintenance of operating mechanism,mechanical interlocks and transmission parts,maintenance of circuit breakers.Rear maintenance main bus and cable terminal,in the circuit breaker room and cable room are equipped with lighting.The lower part of the front door is provided with a grounding bus equal to the width of the cabinet,so that each cabinet can be safely and reliably grounded.
The cover plate and the door are made of bending steel plate.During normal operation and maintenance,the door can be opened without using tools according to the normal operation procedure,but the cover plate cannot be opened.
The circuit breaker is fixed and installed in the circuit breaker compartment with pressure release channel.The operating mechanism is installed at the left position in front of the cabinet.
Gn30-10(D)rotary isolation switch with double break is used for upper and lower isolation switch(gn22-10 non-rotary type is used for lower isolation switch with rated current above 3150A).
Circuit breaker,upper and lower disconnecting switch,front and back door use JSXGN special mechanical lock mechanism and mechanical program lock interlock mode,meet the"five protection"requirements of switch cabinet;
A.Only when the circuit breaker is actually broken,can the handle be pulled out of the"working position"and rotated to the"breaking and blocking position"to close the disconnecting switch and prevent the disconnecting switch with load.
B.When the circuit breaker and upper and lower isolation are in the closing state and the handle is in the"working position",the front cabinet door cannot be opened to prevent accidental electrification interval;
C.When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower disconnecting switches are both in the closing state,the handle cannot turn to the position of"maintenance"or"disconnecting"to avoid the wrong disconnecting of the circuit breaker.
D.When the upper and lower isolation is not opened,the grounding switch cannot be closed,and the handle cannot rotate from"break the latch,"to"repair"position,which can prevent the grounding wire from being live.
Note:according to the different schemes of switch equipment,some schemes do not carry the lower isolation,or switch the lower isolation to the ground switch,the"five anti-blocking"can meet the requirements.
