GGD ac low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution system with ac 50Hz,rated working voltage 380V and rated working current to 3150A of power plant,substation,factory,mining enterprise and other power users.It is used for power conversion,distribution and control of power,lighting and distribution equipment.
GGD ac low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC439"low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment",gb7251.1-2005"low-voltage complete switchgear"and other standards.
Ii.Environmental conditions
1.Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40℃,not lower than-5℃,and its average temperature shall not be higher than 35℃within 24 hours.
2.Atmospheric conditions:clean air,relative humidity no more than 50 after maximum temperature+40℃;Allow for higher relative humidity at lower temperatures,such as 90 chews at 20℃,but allow for occasional moderate condensation due to temperature variations.
3.The altitude is no more than 2000 meters.
4.The vertical inclination when installing the device shall not exceed 5%,and the whole group of cabinets shall be arranged in a relatively smooth manner.
5.The device shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact and without corrosive substances.
6.The device is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures:between-25℃and+55℃,up to+70℃in a short time(no more than 24h).The device shall not suffer any unrecoverable damage at these limiting temperatures,and shall work normally under normal conditions.
7.If the above conditions cannot be met,the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate and solve the problem.

The type GGD ac low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet.The cabinet frame is partially welded and assembled by 8MF cold-formed steel.The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated manufacturer of profile steel to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet.The parts and components of the general cabinet are designed according to the principle of modules,and there are installation holes of 20 molds.With high universal coefficient,the factory can realize pre-production,which shortens the production cycle and improves the working efficiency.
The design of GGD type fully takes into account the cooling problem in the operation of cabinet.There are different number of heat sink holes in the upper and lower ends of the cabinet.When the electrical components in the cabinet become hot,the heat will rise.Through the tank hole at the top,cold air is continuously fed into the cabinet through the hole at the bottom,so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top,so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
GGD cabinet according to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design,adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet body and the partition size of each part to make the whole cabinet beautiful and generous,a new look.
The cabinet door is connected with the cabinet frame with the movable hinge of rotating shaft type,which is convenient for installation and disassembly.The folding edge of the door is embedded with a rubber and plastic bar of mountain type.When closing the door,the embedded bar between the cabinet frame has a certain compression travel,which can prevent the door from directly collision with the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components has several soft copper wires connected to the cabinet frame,and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.
Cabinet top paint selection plastic powder high voltage electrostatic spraying,strong adhesion,good texture.The whole cabinet has a matte tone,which avoids glare effect and creates a comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
