The American type box type substation puts the transformer's iron core and winding together with the high voltage load switch,fuse and other equipment in a sealed box body,takes the transformer oil as the insulation medium,this kind of combined transformer volume is small,the structure is simple,the installation is convenient,the operation is flexible,can be used outdoors,also can be used indoors.Widely used in urban power grid transformation,residential areas and other public places,factories and mines,hotels,airports,railways,ports,highways and other places,as power distribution system to receive and distribute electricity.
This product conforms to GB/t17467-2010"high voltage/low voltage pre-installed substation",DL/t537-93"technical conditions for ordering 6-35kv box substation".
Ii.Environmental conditions
1.Ambient temperature:maximum temperature+40℃,minimum temperature-25℃;The average temperature within a 24-hour period does not exceed+35℃.
2.Environmental humidity:daily average is no more than 95%and monthly average is no more than 90%;
3.Altitude:below 1000m;
4.Earthquake resistance:seismic horizontal acceleration shall not be greater than 0.4m/s2,and vertical acceleration shall not be greater than 0.2m/s2;
5.The daily average steam pressure shall not exceed 2.2kpa,and the monthly average shall not exceed 1.8kpa;
6,the surrounding air should not contain corrosive or flammable gases,steam and other obvious pollution;
7.Places free from serious pollution and frequent violent vibration;
In case of use beyond normal environmental conditions,it shall be negotiated by the user and the manufacturer.

4.Structural features
Compact structure and small volume,only 1/3--1/5 of the same volume of the same product,greatly reducing the floor space;

There are two types of cable head:200A"elbow"cable connector and 600A"T"cable connector."elbow"cable connector is suitable for cable cross-sectional area of 35-185mm2,and"T"cable head is suitable for cable cross-sectional area of 35-500mm2.The cable head material is divided into copper core and aluminum core.The 200A"elbow-type cable head can be loaded and plugged,and can also act as a disconnecting switch.
Box transformer adopts box structure:
The transformer body is placed in the sealed oil tank with high voltage load switch,plug-in fuse and backup current limiting fuse and other high voltage components respectively.The two boxes are arranged horizontally and completely separated by a partition.Insulation through wall sleeve on the partition is used for connection between transformer and load switch,which can be easily dismantled and replaced without affecting the use of the other box.
Advantages of two boxes or so of cloth:
1.Two boxes do not affect each other:
--prevent the upper oil flowing into the bottom oil tank due to the leakage of the bulkhead,resulting in oil shortage in the upper oil tank(oil shortage or no oil leads to the arc pulling of the operating load switch,which is dangerous to equipment and people);
--another advantage is that the left and right layout is convenient for maintenance.When the transformer room and load switch room are overhauled,the two boxes do not affect each other,which is convenient and fast(for example,it is extremely inconvenient to overhaul the transformer until the upper fuel tank is removed).
2.The sub-box structure solves the pollution problem of transformer oil caused by load switch operation and fuse breaking.
