1.Shell selection:
Shell ABS or polycarbonate thermoplastic injection molding.
The top surface of the upper shell is designed with curved surface and beautiful appearance.
The shell is used for the M4 copper nut shell embedded in the columns installed with the upper cover for special surface spraying and sealing treatment,which can be used for a long time under the harsh environment of high temperature,humidity and various corrosivity.
The wall fixing hole and the box cover screw hole are located outside the anti-flume,which is more conducive to the shell sealing.
The average thickness of the box body is 3mm,the thickness of important parts is strengthened(without deformation),and the impact strength is IK07(without crushing);Flame retardant grade V0.(resistant to high baking,long time use color),light(according to the installation is convenient,also can move the position at will).
2.Material selection:
Choose high-quality thermoplastic ABS or(PC)polycarbonate,or choose materials according to customers'requirements,which can be customized as anti-fuel and anti-ultraviolet materials,with transparent and opaque upper cover(non-corrosive,anti-static and excellent insulation).
