Suitable for laying computer cable, communication cable, thermocouple cable and other control cable of high sensitive system. It has good effect on shielding interference of control cable and protecting cable in heavy corrosion environment.

  Trough-type cable tray is a trough-type part made by bending a whole sheet of steel plate.The concept of trough-type cable tray is different from that of tray tray.The tray tray is shallow but wide.Cable tray(cable bracket)is the full name of the rigid structure system which consists of the straight section,bending pass,component,bracket(arm bracket)and hanger,etc.
  Troughed cable tray can be used for fully enclosed cable laying.It is suitable for laying computer cable,communication cable,thermocouple cable and other control cable of high sensitive system.It has good effect on shielding interference of control cable and protecting cable in heavy corrosion environment.
  2.Selection points
  1)the cable tray and its support and hanger should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials when used in corrosive environment,or be treated with anti-corrosion treatment,which should meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability.
  2)cable bridge,there is a requirement for fire prevention in the segment can be added within the cable ladder,tray with fire or flame retardant performance of the plate,the material such as network forms a closed or semi-closed structure,and take in the steam-water bridge and its surface besmear to brush fire retardant coating,its overall refractory performance should meet the requirements of relevant national norms or standards.
  3)aluminum alloy cable tray should not be used in places with higher fire prevention requirements.
  4)the width and height of cable bridge should be selected according to the filling rate.The filling rate of cable ladder and tray is generally 40%~50%for power cables and 50%~70%for control cables,and 10%~25%for engineering development margin should be reserved.
  5)when choosing the load class of cable tray,the uniform load of cable tray should not be greater than the rated uniform load of selected cable tray load class.If the actual span of the bracket and hanger of cable tray is not equal to 2m,the uniform load of work should meet the requirements.
  6)the specifications and dimensions of various components and supports and hangers should match the straight section and bending-through series of pallets and ladders under the condition of meeting the corresponding load.
  7)the bending radius of cable tray should not be smaller than the allowable bending radius of cable tray.
  8)for steel cable tray with span greater than 6m and aluminum alloy cable tray with span greater than 2m or bearing requirement greater than load grade D,strength,stiffness and stability calculation or test verification should be conducted according to engineering conditions.
  9)when several groups of cable Bridges are laid in parallel at the same height,the maintenance and maintenance distance between adjacent cable Bridges shall be considered.
  10)the standard length of straight cable tray can be 2,3,4,6m.
